Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the life, health, and annuity insurance sectors. He’s had a strong focus on mergers, acquisitions, and consolidating administrative systems. Kevin has successfully closed more than a dozen acquisitions and managed many system conversions. He understands insurance operations, from data management to reporting.

His career highlights include designing pricing models, conducting due diligence reviews, and negotiating acquisitions. Kevin has audited third-party administrators both offsite and onsite. In management, he has handled various aspects of reinsurance, including coinsurance, yearly renewable term (YRT), funds withheld, modified coinsurance, and assumption reinsurance. Kevin has also developed and reviewed requirement documents for proprietary life and health administration systems and health claims systems. This showcases his multifaceted skills and deep industry knowledge.

Jill has led the architecture of over a dozen projects. These projects involved integrating data from various external sources into administrative systems. One of her key achievements is managing the development of a health claims administration application. This application launched three months ahead of schedule. It replaced a third-party solution, saving the company $500,000 annually. Jill also crafted a custom auto-adjudication logic for this application. This significantly increased processing efficiency across more than 35 business blocks. As a result, the company expanded its business scope without increasing staff numbers.

Jill is an active member of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and the private sector that enhances national security.
